A little curious?

Who is Uppy?

Uppy is ScaleUp Kids’ official yellow robot mascot and creative guide. In lessons Uppy reads pre-written guidance aloud. Once family accounts open, Uppy will also give live AI coaching and make AI pictures for learners in a family account.

Can my child sign up?

Children do not get their own accounts. Family accounts are not open yet. When they open, a parent or guardian aged 18+ will create the account, give consent, and add learners with made-up nicknames. Parents can join the waitlist now.

Can Uppy make AI pictures?

Once family accounts open, yes—for learners whose parent has given consent. Learners write a prompt, generate a picture, improve the prompt and compare before and after. Prompts are safety-checked first.

Are pictures and chats saved?

Chats are never saved. In free sample lessons, pictures stay on screen only. In family accounts, a learner’s saved pictures are kept privately for the parent to see and are deleted with the learner or account. Nicknames, tracks, completed missions and XP are also saved.

Can I delete my child’s data?

Yes. Once family accounts open, a parent can delete a learner, withdraw consent (which deletes every learner), or delete the whole family account at any time from the family dashboard.

Can we try without an account?

Yes. The Junior hero and Teen flyer lessons work without an account; progress then stays only in this visit and clears on refresh. AI chat and pictures will need a family account once they open.

Will children’s projects be public?

No. There are no public galleries, profiles, messages or comments.

Who is ScaleUp Kids for?

Junior Creators is designed for ages 8–12, and Teen Creators for ages 13–16. Parents, schools and youth organizations are welcome to explore.

How much will courses cost?

Planned memberships are per student, per month: Founding Families $9.99 (first 50 students), Creator $14.99 and Pro Creator $24.99. Sign-ups and payments are not open yet—see the Pricing page and join the waitlist to hear first.

Can schools or youth groups take part?

Educators aged 18 or older can join the waitlist using the educator option. No student information is needed.
